Organization Accounts

Organization accounts within MindCloud operate similar to Personal Accounts, with the big exceptions that they allow you to have multiple members, a comprehensive company overview, and set up company billing.

Within the “Settings” tab, you will find key account settings that allow you to set everything up the way you need.

Organization

The Organization Settings page is where you set the basic settings for your organization, allowing you to delete the account or change the organization name as needed. You can also set your default Timezone, which will impact the time that scheduled workflows will run.

Overview

Within the Company Overview section, you’re able to add context and data about the organization, which is used to inform our native AI and help it make more intelligent decisions when automating pieces of your workflows. It also allows you to add Company Apps, where you can similarly describe what you use the app for - again, informing the AI for better automation.

Members

Within the Members tab, you can invite users to join your organization. If they have a MindCloud account already, they will immediately have access to your organization. If not, they will receive an email inviting them to sign up and join your organization.

Usage & Billing

The billing tab gives you an overview of your organization’s current plan and usage.

For Professional plans, MindCloud operates on a task-billing model. Free plans have 100 tasks available within a rolling 30-day window, while Professional plans have 2,000 tasks (with more available ad-hoc as needed).

If you require more than 2,000 tasks on average, we suggest you sign up for an Enterprise plan for unlimited usage and custom support & development resources.

Notifications

Enabling notification is key, allowing you to keep tabs when a workflow (job) encounters any issues, or when you have reached your task limit.
