How MindCloud Works
The MindCloud platform, also known as Gravity, is a low-code / no-code platform allowing you to build, operate, and manage workflows that connect disparate systems automate activities. While the possibilities with workflows are endless, some examples include:
Syncing products from an e-commerce platform to an ERP or WMS
Creating and syncing projects from one platform to another (for example, JetBuilt to Monday.com)
Syncing orders from your e-commerce platform to your ERP
Syncing marketing data to and from your ESP
Pushing data to a Data Warehouse
Getting Started
Once you’ve signed up, the next step is to determine whether you are building workflows as an individual, or as part of an organization. If you click on the top left of the home screen (which will likely say “Personal Account”), you will be given the option to either create an organization, or to access an organization account that you are part of.
Personal Accounts contain workflows that are only accessible to you.
Organization Accounts contain workflows that are accessible to anyone in the organization.
If you need to create an organization account, you can click the button “Create organization” at the bottom of the account menu:
Which will then ask you to give your organization a name, and will validate that the name is valid and not already in use:
Once you have created an organization, you can then go ahead and configure the organization, set up your plan, and get started!
