Personal Accounts

Personal accounts within MindCloud allow you to build, manage, and operate workflows that are accessible only to you. Personal accounts have separate plans and billing, and allow you to set up anything that you need for individual use.

Within the “Settings” tab, you will find key account settings that allow you to set everything up the way you need.

Account

The Account Settings page is where you set the basic settings for your account, allowing you to delete the account or convert it to an organization as needed. You can also set your default Timezone, which will impact the time that scheduled workflows will run.

Members

The Members tab allows you to add members to access your workflows, but only if you convert your account to an organization account. If you click “Invite Members,” it will prompt you to convert the account to an Organization, or to create a new Organization wherein you are able to add members.

Usage & Billing

The billing tab gives you an overview of your current plan and usage.

For Professional users, MindCloud operates on a task-billing model. Free accounts have 100 tasks available within a rolling 30-day window, while Professional users have 2,000 tasks (with more available ad-hoc as needed).

If you require more than 2,000 tasks on average, we suggest you sign up for an Enterprise plan for unlimited usage and custom support & development resources.

Notifications

Enabling notification is key, allowing you to keep tabs when a workflow (job) encounters any issues, or when you have reached your task limit.
